Q:  There are dirty looking areas on my roof, what could cause them ?
A:  Some of the possible causes include, environmental pollutants, vegetation, fungus of algae growth. Sometimes the loss of granules due to the age of the shingles cause this appearance.
 
Q:  My roof has some missing, cracked and curling shingles, what could cause this ?
A:  Your roof\s shingles have probably reached the end of their useful life.
 
Q:  I have leakage in my attic after driving rains, what could cause this
A:  Leaky or inadequate shingle underlayment or deteriorated flashing.
 
Q:  My roof\s shingles, sheathing and siding are showing signs of decay, what causes this.
A:  One possible cause is poor attic ventilation
 
Q:  The paint on my roof\s siding is blistering and peeling.
A:  A possible cause is excessive moisture or high humidity due to poor attic ventilation.
 
Q:  I have stains on my interior ceilings and walls, some with mold and mildew growth.
A:  You might have inadequate or faulty shingle underlayment allowing leakage or inadequate ventilation.
 
Q:  My energy bills are excessive.
